Your well-being has been my passion for more than 20 years.
My professional life started with a master’s in nutrition and dietetics at the University of Ghent in Belgium in 1997. Since then, I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and its enormous influence on people’s health, well-being, and psyche. Thanks to my multidisciplinary training, I’ve learned the basics of a balanced diet from the way nutrients are absorbed by our cells to the functioning of the entire human body. My further training has focused on processed food in the food industry, the effect of food ingredients on humans, as well as age- and lifestyle-related nutritional needs.
After a few stopovers in the pharmaceutical industry, I turned my passion into a job and opened the practice for holistic nutritional counseling and coaching Steps4YOU in Hagendorn, near Zug. I certified as a Qualified Nutrition Consultant and continue constantly with other specialised courses.
As a mother of two children, I also noticed that cooking with fresh ingredients has a large impact on the health and well-being of the whole family. Cooking, buying high-energy foods, and discovering new recipes, is fun for my whole family.
My wealth of experience and expertise helps me support individuals, companies, and institutions on their way to better health and increased efficiency.
